Runcember Has Begun!

Today marks the start of RUNCEMBER!  So get our there and run or walk your mile today and every day of December!
I know you can do it!

Sadly, thanks to my hamstring that is never-ever-ever-getting-better it's looking like it might be more like No-Run-Cember for me, but I plan to DOMINATE Walkcember!  GO SIGN UP HERE!

Sorry about your hammy!!!! I'm glad you are being smart with it though! Walkcember is much better than sitonasscember. :) I walked day 1 and ran today. Gotta log dem miles! :)

I didn't know it was "runcember" I missed day 1, however got day 2 and 3 in so we'll pretend i'm on a streak for now :) Sorry to hear that yours will be a walkcember, but at least you're in good spirits!!

Ha! I love all of the year end run-a-thons and walk-a-thons. I'm run-streaking from Halloween into the New Year. A friend of mine refers to this month as "Run-mas."
