Leandrea first invited me to participate in this race WAY back in June, and while I was intrigued, I wasn't sure I could make it happen. Plus, I like to wait to do things until the last minute. Not the VERY last minute, that's called procrastination, just until ALMOST the last minute, that's smart. Especially in saving money on race registration and airfare. Right?
|Who is your favorite princess? I'm definitely partial to Ariel. I watched that movie 10,000 times when I was little. But now I'm obsessed with Once Upon a Time so I'm also partial to Snow White. Partial is a weird word.|

Now the biggest question of all is - WHAT AM I GOING TO WEAR!?!?! Confession: I actually don't love princesses or the idea of dressing up like a princess. I've never been a girly girl, though I will certainly suck it up for an occasion such as this. I found a few costumes that look interesting, including these Team Sparkle skirt costumes from according-to-kelly.
I also like these more low key (but do I want to be low key?!) Minnie Mouse costumes:
(stolen from this video of costumes, yes I watched the whole thing)
What do you guys think? I take costumes VERY seriously and am currently on a streak of ONLY wearing costumes during races. 3 races in a row I have worn costumes, so I need a GOOD ONE! :-) HELP ME PLEASE!!
